Combining classical look and modern appeal, this former funeral home (yes, funeral home) is a great inspiration on how to combine the old and the new while not being kitsch.

From Wilkinson Bender Architecture:

Originally occupied as a funeral home, we have designed this project in 2 phases: the first phase was the interior renovation of the funeral home into a single family residence.

The second phase is the addition of a 3-story garage, family room and yoga studio.
