Not your typical material of choice for the kitchen, but it makes up for it in aesthetics, hygiene and heat resistance.
Made of ultra-thin 8 mm concrete it is not as heavy as you might think, as the process in creating is not the same as creating usual concrete. You can choose to combine the concrete island with wood or metal. You can review more details at Steininger Design.
